I have bad credit, is that okay?
Bad credit will not prevent you from being approved at Gallery Homestore. Our friendly agents will work with you, even if you have already been turned down by others.
Do I have to have a bank account in order to be approved?
Yes. We require all our customers to maintain a checking or savings account in good standing.
What are Gallery Homestore’s payment terms?
We offer different payment terms to fit any budget. We offer terms of 12, 18 and 24 months. Your payments are automatically taken from your checking account for your convenience.
Can I pay off early?
Absolutely. You can pay off early at any time.
Do I have to pay off an agreement before I place another order?
No. You are eligible to enter into new agreements with Gallery Homestore provided that you have made your payments on time.
What is the interest rate?
There is no interest rate because this isn’t a loan. You are entering into a lease purchase agreement with the intention to own the merchandise through an early buyout of the lease or by continuing to make payments until the end of the lease term.
Does Gallery charge for shipping?
Gallery Homestore offers Free Shipping in most cases. The only instance when free shipping is not offered is when a customer is paying in full in advance of the order and the merchandise must ship via LTL Freight. Generally, furniture and appliances ship via LTL Freight.
If I am on a payment plan, does Gallery have a minimum order size?
Only on Furniture & Appliances. For all other products (computers, electronics, jewelry, handbags etc.) there is no minimum order size.
What happens if my order is received damaged?
All damaged merchandise should be refused on delivery. We will order an exchange with the factory provided the original item is back in our possession.
What happens if I claim damage after delivery?
All merchandise is covered by the factory warranty. Standard warranties include 30-days on furniture, 1-year parts and 90-days labor on consumer electronics, 1-year parts and labor on computers and major appliances. All damages that are claimed after delivery will require an evaluation by a factory authorized technician. Service will be provided in compliance with the factory warranty. Exchanges will be made only as authorized by the technician and provided that you have the original packaging.
Can I get approved if I don’t have a bank account?
No. We require a bank account and direct deposit from your employer in order to be approved.
What happens if my order cannot physically fit through the door or up the stairs?
Customers are responsible for taking the necessary measurements to ensure that the merchandise will fit in your home. Orders that are undeliverable and thus no fault of Gallery Homestore are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus $350 for the failed delivery attempt. Gallery Homestore will credit you back the full amount of the restocking fee for an order of equal or greater value. Any orders for less than the original order will receive a 15% discount up to the amount of the original purchase.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
Once you have signed your agreement and Gallery Homestore has placed an order for your merchandise, you are subject to a $200 cancellation fee plus a 15% restocking fee of the merchandise cost. If the merchandise has already been picked up by a third party delivery carrier, you will be subject to any third party fees billed to Gallery Homestore as well.
What is your Return policy?
Gallery will only accept returns if it is refused upon delivery.Returns will not be accepted after the goods have been signed for.
Do you offer a No Money Down option in every state?
Due to various state statutes, we do not offer a No Money Down option in New York, New Jersey and California.
When will I receive my order?
You will be notified via email as your order is processed. Please allow up to 10 days for all items that ship via Fedex. All Appliances & Furniture orders take up to 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. If we are unable to deliver within the 6 week time frame, Gallery will allow you to skip a payment.
Why was I only approved for a "money down" transaction?
Gallery reserves the right to accept or reject customers for each of its programs. It is possible that you will be denied for a no-money down transaction but accepted for a money-down transaction.
